Lisa Anne Herbold (DOB: 06/14/67) a far left-wing Democratic Seattle City Council member who was spotted at the CHAZ/CHOP insurrection / secession in 2020. Herbold claimed that Seattle was "collectively" responsible for the violence at CHAZ/CHOP. She also claimed that riot damage was caused by SPD's overreaction to "peaceful" protests.
