Joshua "Josh" Taylor Taft (DOB: 06/02/94) is a Georgia Antifa who was arrested in April 2016 for throwing smoke bombs at police during a counter-protest to a far-right rally at Stone Mountain. Marlon Scott Kautz (born Feb. '84) is the financial officer for the Atlanta Solidarity Fund which bails rioters out of jail. He's also one of the leaders of the Network for Strong Communities which is the parent organization of the bail fund. Kautz also works with Cop Watch, a group that records police activity. In May 2023, police raided a home owned by Kautz and Adele McLean and charged them with money laundering and charity fraud. The money laundering charges apparently stem from a $48K transfer to Siskiyou Mutual Aid in California in an apparent attempt to hide assets from a Georgia court. Siskiyou later returned the funds to the Atlanta group. The charity fraud appears to be based on illegal reimbursements for personal expenses. Other lefties who run similar bail funds melted down on social media after the arrests. It's uncertain if his bail fund was able to bail him out, its assets may be frozen.
