William "Billy" Talen, AKA Rev. Billy Talen, is a radical environmentalist performance artist who usually performs in the character of the Rev. Billy Talen. He's anti-capitalist and anti-consumerist and usually protests at large corporations. He runs the fake Church of Stop Shopping and is backed up at his performances by a choir.
