Newsome is a BLM leader who claims to be Chairman of Black Lives Matter, a statement that is disputed by other BLM leaders. He wants to defund the police and treat crime like a public health crisis. He was also allegedly one of the organizers of the Charlottesville Unite the Right counter protest although some sources claim he didn't attend. In 2020 he defended looters and compared America to terrorists. He took credit for the 2021 election of Eric Adams as New York's second black mayor. In November 2021, he threatened violence if mayor elect Eric Adams reinstated the NYPD plain clothes police division. Newsome is quoted in the New York Post as saying to the mayor, "If they think they are going back to the old ways of policing then we’re going to take to the streets again. There will be riots. There will be fire, and there will be bloodshed." Despite his attempt to look street tough, he doesn't have any arrest records. He claims to be a tee-totling Baptist who attends church every Sunday. Newsome holds a law degree which he says helps him monitor the police. Yet another socialist professor at an Ivy League college. As reported on ProfessorWatchlist.org, Zenkus was one of the organizers of the Occupy Wall Street movement. He's an Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Social Work at Columbia University and has also taught at Adelphi University in the Graduate School of Social Work. His Columbia University bio describes Zenkus as an activist on issues of racial justice and income equality. He claims to have been trained by Al Gore as a presenter in the Climate Reality Project. Zenkus gave a Ted talk at which he claimed capitalism was harmful to children. Even though he's left-wing, he posted a video in May 2020 critical of Joe Biden's predatory sexual behavior and claimed he's an "expert in the fields of sexual violence family violence, and trauma," when it's not at all clear that he is. Due to the video, the Columbia student newspaper mildly criticized Zenkus for posing as an expert in a field he isn't trained in. Raiford is the founder of Don't Shoot Portland, one of the myriad defund the police / BLM groups. Unsatisfied with the thorough drubbing she suffered in the previous elections, she ran for mayor in 2020 but came in third place in a crowded field. Raiford has a rap sheet for harassment, disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer although not all arrests are obviously connected to riots and she appears to have beat the rap on most of the charges. Raiford was arrested in 2015 at a rally for Michael Brown (the Ferguson dude) and charged with disorderly conduct. She was acquitted and later sued the PPD for $500K. Her Don't Shoot Portland filed a class action lawsuit against the PPD in the summer of 2020 over the department's use of tear gas at riots. His full name is Joseph Castro Del Rio (I guess it's better than Joseph Stalin Del Riot). He's one of the main organizers and instigators of anti-Trump counter protests in the Boston area. He led the counter-protest at a Swampscott, MA pro-Trump rally at which an 80 year old Trump supporter was punched. In November 2020, Del Rio led a group that attempted to disrupt the dispersal of a homeless encampment on the Hillsborough courthouse grounds. Del Rio kicked at two police officers and ran away. He was charged with criminal threatening and resisting arrest. A few days later, he was spotted at a BLM protest on Beacon Street in Boston wearing a tie-dyed dress and a crown on his head while carrying a whip. Del Rio allegedly stabbed a man for wearing a hat with an Israeli flag and then ran away. He was captured by police and charged with aggravated assault. He faces up to five years in prison but Soro's lawyers will probably beat the rap. Prior to the exploits described above, he was one of the organizers of a Blue Lives Don't Matter rally in Fall River, MA in October 2020. At the rally, he was arrested for hitting an officer with a megaphone with which he also damaged a police cruiser. He faces charges of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest as well as an unspecified charge for assaulting a police officer. Not to worry, the National Lawyers Guild of Massachusetts stated that they were working with the Massachusetts Bail Fund, Solidarity Against Hate-Boston, and Freedom Fighters Coalition to get protestors free.
